Refund and rescheduling policy

Last updated: 1 March 2026. This policy applies to File Haven Hub coaching packages, clinics, tuning sessions, and walkthroughs booked after written confirmation.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to File Haven Hub for coaching time that has not been delivered, subject to the timing rules below. This site does not sell physical products, software licenses, or hosted mining capacity.

Timeframe

Cancel in writing (email) at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session for a full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable deposit portion stated in your confirmation (typically 10% of the package to cover intake preparation, or ₩30,000 minimum).

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel between 72 and 24 hours before the first session, we refund 50% of prepaid fees for undelivered sessions. Cancellations inside 24 hours are treated as a no-show for that session. For multi-session packages, completed sessions are charged at the single-session equivalent; unused future sessions follow the timing rules above.

Non-refundable items

Intake preparation already performed after deposit, custom printed cards ordered at your request, and third-party venue fees (if an on-site room was reserved for you) are non-refundable once incurred.

Work already started

Once a live session begins, that session fee is earned. If coaching pauses because unsafe electrical conditions appear, prepaid unused sessions remain as credit for 6 months or may be refunded at 70% if you choose not to continue after electrician clearance.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule each confirmed session once with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Later or repeated reschedules may incur a ₩40,000 administrative fee. We may reschedule for coach illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.

No-shows

If you miss a session without notice, the session is forfeited. Package clients may purchase a replacement session at the then-current single-session rate.

Deposits

A 30% deposit holds your start date. Deposits convert to session fees as coaching progresses. Unused deposit balance follows the cancellation rules in this policy.

Refund process and timing

Email info@filehavenhub.click with your name, booking dates, and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the original bank transfer method within 10 business days after approval. Processing time at your bank may add several days.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain available where they cannot be limited by contract. Contact us first so we can resolve scheduling issues directly.
